I would not suggest having the current owner put a tenant in there as they may shove the first applicant in, qualified or not.

I don’t think that there is a blanket “lender” policy that is applicable here.

Fill out the permit application, submit the specs of the window and let them ask you for additional information.

hello all, I am looking for online software to track rental information, income ,expenses etc!!!

Rent collection and bill payment for each property could all be done through your own property management account and software for tracking.

If you expect to rent your property to a business executive they will not be impressed with a rental application that has been photocopied from a book.

I have download application from SBA but haven't finished filling out forms yet. 

Out of 360 rentals, we have 15 empty but three of those already have applications on them.That may change if COVID-19 keeps us shut down for more than a couple weeks.
