Hi BP friends, I am looking for some recommendations for good and reputable general contractors in Chicago North-west suburbs (Airlington Heights and neighboring areas) + West Suburbs (Berwyn and neighboring areas) for long-term collaboration.

I am looking to invest in real estate in the next 3-6 months and would like to find a reputable contractor available in the Vancouver/Portland market.

Any reputable business allows customers to do something different at any time, for any reason, or no reason at all.  

Another option could be putting in two manufactured homes and charging rent.I am just not sure of the costs associated with each option are how to evaluate the two.Any advice from the gurus?

Further more those of us who have engineering degrees and then went on to work in plants and manufacturing are even more prepared for REI as we have to work with and deal with 10 different kinds of people on a daily basis and are very good at taking emotion out of things. 

I feel like the stock market is almost manufactured at this point.
