Final hurdles cleared for Telsa Gigafactory in Austin

Last week the ISD approved the Tesla tax break and yesterday the County approved it as well. Tesla has now cleared the final hurdles to forward with $1.1B “Gigafactory,” which will manufacture the Cybertrucks and create 5000 jobs 🤓

@Andrew George Dennis the further out you go the better the cash flow but it can take a bit longer to rent out on the outskirts vs in Austin MSA so you have to consider your tradeoffs.
