Make a STINK.It worked for me when they wouldn't stand behind the Ryobi junk battery chargers we were using.They made it right.Yes, there's still the rule of law here in the US and their run-around will only get them so far.I also had a very negative experience with their supposed FREE INSTALLATION carpet promotion

I also never understood the mentality of a non-licensed person representing themselves as a buyerIt is free - the seller typically pays the commission to both agentsThey can't get paid because they are not a member of the MLSEven if their state allows dual agency, you get limited representation by having the seller's agent work with you, they literally cannot offer you any advice and they get 100% of the commission, so it is not like you will get a lower priceYou will probably lose more money on mistakes than having somebody who has done this 100's times guide you through itIt is literally free hand holding and education for first time investors

That's a persuasion technique called "thinking past the sale"  Get the other party to think about what things will be like after the sale and it mentally moves them to a place where the sale has already occurred thereby making it an easier decision to accept the sale.
