It is all about your ROI and what your original investment goals were when starting out and looking at if you should pivot to another strategy based upon your current needs.

Certainly economic influences have some role to play.

And it is a pivotal concept in becoming a millionaire.

If there comes a time when you're deep in the hole and not progressing, you'll agree to pivot back to education.I have a Master's degree, and I use it daily, but if you believe real estate is your path...your purpose.

This is where the pivot comes in. 

We have our pricing SOP and stick to that but may slightly pivot as necessary for us, not because everyone else is doing it. 

Every market works to invest, you may just have to pívot into different strategy. 

But WFH, in my opinion, will only grow as the younger millennials step into management roles in the next 3-15 years.
