I have 500K to put into apartments that cash flow. If you were to pick 5 markets to put the money into where would it be and why?

The markets listed above are great markets but may not give you the strongest cash flow. If you are strictly looking for cash flow then I would consider the Midwest and other southern markets like Ohio, Indiana, Memphis, Alabama, etc.
