How long it will take for the turn is debateable but two years in this business is considered a long way out when flips need to be efficiently completed in a 3 month turn around.Everything has a impact to some degree.

We had  a fireplace and stove that we did this with and it was a small part difference but we had no natural gas so it was permanent
