Good morning BP Community, I was wondering if a front garden would affect the curb appeal of a MFH rental. Have any of you experimented with the idea or bought a house with a garden and experienced any issues?

garden? who takes care of it? i hate anything different because it needs to be maintained. and we know that means more money out of our pockets.
