Has anyone had success finding any banks/credit unions/alternative lenders that are willing to make high LTV loans (90-95 CLTV) on multi families with prices above $1mm in NYC? 

Kinda the nature of the game here in snow country, but if you can be more selective, your probably better off in the long run. 

I am hoping to go very high end in the future, but naturally I'd like to start off small and get used to the area.

One alternative would be to use a Private Mail Box address for payments and all correspondence :grin:

Most likely the state where the property is located is where lawsuits would be brought if they are something for personal injury like a trip and fall or something of that nature because the "cause of action" arose in that state.

Hello BP community,I am pretty sure this was addressed before but due to the nature of technology, I wanted to get the latest thoughts on this.Can you please tell me in your opinion which rental management software is best from either a property manager standpoint (using the software to manage everything and provide report to landlord), from a landlord standpoint (to self manage) and from a landlord standpoint (to receive report from property manager).
