@Arnie Guidahang in there. Yes the pool is smaller this time of year in Milwaukee, but I have found great tenants this time of year who are moving for the same reasons as in the summer (divorce, job change, etc). And we are in the 2nd half of the winter, so it will start to pick up soon. In the winter I make the extra effort to advertise more places, and I sometimes offer incentives to encourage responses (e.g. discount on 2nd month's rent).
