Coachella Valley and Desert Hot Springs are booming right now because of Medical Marijuana.  

They say that after the medical exam that it could go down but that's one of the things i'm questioning...is that how it really works? 

I talked with other attendees who had syndicated single family portfolios, medical office developments, hotels...the list goes on!

She is home with the 3 youngest and is trying to finish her online schooling for medical coding, to bring in some more consistent income for us to invest with.

I got medical chaptered out of the Army and when I moved down to Texas where I am located now I had my property in Colorado rented until my property manager stole over $14,000 from me.  

Seller has been building houses but will be returning to Medical School in July of 2016.  

The hospitals and medical buildings here are best in the country (if not the world).

Hi Robert,I have other medical field clients.What they tell me is demand for health care is high but the payouts if you are a new doc with the system is low.The docs do not want to depend on health care for their financial well being so they invest as well to create an income stream when they no longer want to be in the medical profession.The old timers fixing to retire in a few years tend to only take regular insurance as they have built up many clients and do not want that exchange stuff to deal with.The new businesses hungry for business are the ones taking the bulk of that business.

What if there is an accident and they need medical attention or the 16 y.o. can't get his little brothers to listen to him and they trash the place or stay up all night making noise for the guest upstairs, or worse, they try to cook and burn down the place with other people in it?  

However, the tenant can be charged if their animals do damage to the property...and in the case of an emotional support animal the applicant can be required to provide documentation to the landlord of the need for such an animal FROM A QUALIFIED MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL (although the landlord cannot ask the specifics on why the applicant needs an emotional support animal).Gail
