as mentioned above, share what might make your programs or products different from other Lenders, so when we get buyers who are for example, self-employed, or need down payment assistance, we know which Lender can work with them.So call some Brokerages or some Realtors and start networking, lunch and learn meetings, send the occasional buyer to those you connect with, keep in touch, be easy to access, friend them on social media, and work hard for their clients!

I been watching youtube  videos recently on people that show prices (sold and on market) and homes in Venezuela, its insane,  beach side condos fully furnished and in good condition for $20k, im pondering real hard in making a small investment and see how it goes, not all of Venezuela is in what the media tells you.

If you are renting a garage space, it will be unfeasible to connect an outlet to the tenant's electric meter and instead it might be worthwhile investing a bit to install a fee based charging station.

I know it’s a bit of a stretch, but I’ve heard of some pretty extreme tax deductions so figured it’s worth asking.My thought is…if you niche is pet friendly rentals (multiple pets allowed, no breed restrictions, low monthly pet fee, majority of tenants have pets, close to dog parks, etc..) and you use your pet to advertise your rentals through daily social media posts and can validate the hours “worked” by the pet for filming and posting content then perhaps the pet expenses can be deducted.Thoughts?

If it's a property that doesn't have as much interest it may be helpful to market an open house with your network and even on social media, it's a lower barrier of entry for someone to come check out a home rather than schedule a visit.
