I have been doing my own research, about two hours a day, for a few weeks now (reading books, listening to podcasts, and reading the BP forums).

I've been listening to BP podcast and reading up on real estate for the past 6 months.

I just listened to episode 373.

I originally heard about it through a podcast I listen to called "How to Money".

And the supporters who don't listen to the concept of risk and Black Swan events like this year's turning out to be.

Im always trying to learn so I've crammed 100 episodes of the podcast in the last 2 1/2 weeks just listening while at work and try to take notes.

I am a newbie and avid podcast listener all advise would be appreciated!

Hi Doug, I’m a newbie investor and I listen to Robin Thompson’s teaching CD’s, she is a rehab queen out of Ocala, FL she recommends independent contractors, electrical, plumbing, painter, roofing etc,  the GC can be contracted for Sheet rock, flooring , dry wall etc, better protection for the investor to ensure timely completion of work with cost over runs

Probably because they are too stubborn and full of can-do attitude to listen to anyone who came before them who tried the same thing, and instead read some book titled, "Real Estate.

This deal is appealing because it is a cashless deal (not sure if you listen to podcasts, but cashless deals are dreams of investors).
