Makes it even better than he already has properties in the same neighborhood, it'll make it easier for them to keep an eye on your property if you choose to use them.

in my eyes this would be a great way to differentiate your company in the market, by offering floor plans for your clients listings.what about buyers' agents?

I know some will suggest hiring an accountant, and I am not opposed to that but I would still want to learn exactly what needs to be filed so that I can keep an eye on the accountant.
