The investor has clearly had issues with wholesalers before - if you want to add him to your investor list, you need to prove to him you aren't one of the non-value-added wholesalers that spam an investor's inbox weekly with junk.

For the marketer, it is a complete numbers game, so they dont care that the information is outdated on a percentage of the mailing list.A funny thing that happens to me with my EDDM, every door direct mail, I get calls from people asking me to remove them from my mailing list.

But sometimes I think when I pop on the wholesaling threads and people are talking about how much money they spend on direct mail etc.. if someone put that kind of money into marketing themselves as an agent.. there is no doubt they would get business and build a career.. where in Wholesaling its much tougher as there is more to it to make a successful deal  IE you MUST buy under market..

No apartment manager would allow that.So I'm starting to wonder if there is a trade-off:  "I'll live in a fourplex (instead of an apartment complex) as long as I can be more relaxed about junk, behavior, tenant screening, etc."

Signed up for a bulk mail permit using pre-cancled stamps bought some  4x6 innvitation size envelopes and blank 4x6 cards in all about .32 cents a letter including postage.
