Still getting postcards for a house I sold in 2014. Julie Hicks
I received two postcards today from Julie Hicks imploring me to call her phone number in order to get to listen to a recorded message. I was extremely un-tempted but then I saw they were for a house I sold in July 2014.
Bottomline- make sure the lists you are buying are at least reasonably up to date. I understand if it was a few months but eighteen months after closing is unacceptable.
