@Brock Hoffman, this is a common occurrence for sure, and when you are walking commercial contractors and residential contractors through the same project you’ll get vastly different numbers.  

I have my own commercial MLS accounts, but RE Colorado wont give me an account for residential MLS unless my employing broker opens an additional master account. 

@Roger R. was this deal from the MLS, and you are dealing with more of a residential focused broker, or a commercial broker?
