Since he doesn’t have a SS# can I run a background/credit report on him?

I had always wondered about real estate but didn't know where to start and I didn't have any money and credit wasn't the best. 

Take wholesaling for example...no one heard of it during it's most profitable years after the credit crisis. 

But since have rebuilt credit and capital for down payment.Is anybody doing new construction small multi family projects and how are you financing them?

Rustin Nordsven If you have mortgages on them the lender will not let you transfer title without due on sale clause.Answer the question, if the LLC does not have income / funds for 2 years the bank typically will also have you guaranty the loan and it probably would go on your credit report

There are plenty who will do 80% LTV, right now you are probably looking at 5.8-6.5% if you have good credit.

Smart people adjust their life style, clear their debt, polish their credit scores and financially position them selves for success by mastering personal money management.Investing in real estate should not be used as a path to clear debt, you need money to be a investor.

That is also a credit from the rent paid. 

If I upload my transactions from my credit card and categorize it as business, do I ALSO need to upload a receipt for that transaction too?

Obviously, 500 FICO Scores should command 50% down payments and 525 credit scores 45% down payments and 550 scores 40% down payments and 575 FICO Scores 35% down. 600 scores  30% down payments and I still have a low degree of confidence that we should ever give mortgages to people like this.I don't think it is wise to give loans to people that can't manage their finances very well.
