I let a very nice "church" family live in one of my houses for free for about 8 months..with me paying the utils to help them get on their feet again.

Instead we do a round-table discussion with real investors and help people develop the resources they need, get their questions answered and get their deals analyzed.

Hi all,I am super green in REI and am just looking to get my feet wet in this industry.

Getting your feet wet in an area with lower price points and higher cash flows percentage-wise (like in Western NY) is always a viable option - as long as you have a good "boots-on-the-ground" team in place.  

I see you are already enjoying and hopefully benefiting from the podcasts, I am beginning round 2 of listening myself.

It is very gray in color and starting to splinter off if you walk on it in bare feet.

I look to get my feet wet and start investing in the very near future.

How did you find these properties, don't you have another one in Vegas with a sewer line blockage 20 feet below and city wanted you to dig it up and tenants had to relocate?
