Mine take more time to clean…my bigger house needs a day between bookings because we can’t get it cleaned if we have a quick turn on the same day.  

I have a house, no kids, good income, no debt.

Just a few thoughts...If the house is spacious enough where there is no need for extra private space, I'd say keep the garage.

House hacking with the first property would be nice if I can find the correct space and deal. 

If people can access basic needs, and even new homes, for free it will eliminate rent and sales for many existing homes.

Is there one area that is typically viewed as the best option for house hacking? 

From hearing different strategies like BRRR, Fix & Flip, House-Hacking, etc., I've gained most interest in Mid/Long-Term Rentals and BRRR's, and I would most likely want to try to Owner Occupy a House-Hack as my first property. 

We purchased our first duplex last year and we are currently house-hacking it.

So I have an applicant who says she will pay 8 months rent upfront to get the house.

Currently getting quotes from contractors to expand and finish the basement in my south philly row house (east passyunk).
