Hi my name is Alyssa and I just started my STR journey, I live in California which has tons of restrictions for STRs. What cities do you guys recommend I start in? I was looking at Long Beach. Should I look into apartments or homes?

We work with a lot of folks from Cali, Oregon and Washington who purchase over here in Arizona. Arizona has alot of competition as we also have few restrictions and good returns when you buy the right bedroom count / amenity property.
