Are there other software packages that are comparable?

I have walked in to one property in the middle of winter here I believe the high was around 20 degrees that day, and apparently  the owner told the tenants he was installing a new package unit prior to the foreclosure, and pulled off the unit leaving the giant opening to the outside where the cold air was running through the duct work through the entire house.  

There are several vendors that offer inexpensive web packages that are tailored for REI.  

But, I did get email about the new book and ordered the Ultimate package and was able to login from there.  

I recently got copies of an associates foreclosure offer package and I'm scanning it for any good paragraphs or clauses I might be able to implement into my paperwork.

You may encounter someone who has the  "perfect property for you" and pay way too much.

Wholesaling , auctions,bid packages can be  challenging for the single and or the  beginning investor.

I don't take application fees so I would not encounter your situation, but we do encounter your situation of people giving us sob stories and frequent/pushy/late night texts.  

We decided to offer same rent package as previous owner which is rent is $800 with $50 discount if paid no later than 1st day of month.
