New to "the game" from Chicago

Hey guys,

Leo Goykhman here from Chicago Il. Just wanted to introduce myself and let you know that i am really excited about being apart of this community.

I have been a marketing consultant and direct response copywriter for 9+ years and now I'm making to shift into the RE world.

My goals are to learn as much as i can about this world, and get involved in Wholesaling properties. Ultimately id like to have a business that acquires, rehabs and sells the properties as well as wholesales them.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, and if i can help anyone with any direct response marketing help (online/offline etc) i'd be happy to help!
