You done want to sell a property and pay capital gains and then realize that it could have been avoided after the damage has been done.

In this case we poured footers to put on a permanent foundation and did cinder block skirting, so we paid more for that than you will for typical skirting.By the way - cheap skirting can be a pain in the backside when it comes to yardwork.
