Buying a manufactured home to list as and Airbnb unit

Hi, I am buying an MH to add it to a lot I own in Dripping Springs and list it on Airbnb. But I don't know the extra costs you have to pay  for level, set up, pads, skirting and decking


Can anyone help me?
