With hold times at about 45 minutes, and slow customer service, I'm wondering if anybody else out there is having quicker response times with other PM software?

Then, when any mobile device enters that virtual fenced area (like a specific home address), your custom ad is served to the device. 

Anyone with this issue....Customer support has not responded yet.

@Greg Morris is more than likely correct here, but making an assumption you never follow through with verifying yourself will keep you wondering "What if?".

I didn’t mention this before, but AirBNB customer support told us that the guest who cancelled had left another hosting one week before with similar complaints.

@Brian AlfaroConsider it for what it's worth: coaching may escalate your progress however by the same token you can potentially find more experienced investors partner with them via JV, offer to be boots on the ground (the assumption is of course that the property is going to be in Houston MSA) and gain the experience this way. 

In short, significantly less customers for a continued period of time, following a few to several months of no customers.
