Once you find someone that will, then decide if transferring out of the LLC is necessary.

If instead of renting a small house, can an owner/landlord enter a land contract deal with a "buyer" with the stipulation that the deed will transfer when, say, 20% equity is reached by buyer?  

@Kevin Colwick I'm wondering if it would make a difference to your lender if the foundation repairs were done with a lifetime transferable guarantee as some foundation repair places offer & that you could get a free estimate on??
