Sarasota Florida yearly rental renewal best time of year

I have a very good tenant in place at the moment whose lease ran out in March and she's been on month to month for the last two. There's a possibility she may be transferred sometime within the next 4-6 months. She doesn't want to sign a year lease and be responsible if I can't find a tenant once she gives her 60 day notice.

I don't mind keeping her on M2M but I also don't want to get stuck with trying to rent it in the winter. Does anyone know how rentals turn during those months ?

Any other suggestions would be appreciated also.
