Real estate is immovable, unique and assessments require knowledge and experience, you can't put that in software.Only repetitious functions can be made easier with a computer, while that may include statistical forecasting, it can not make an informed buy or sell or lease decision for a particular parcel or improvement.While the geeks may be able to design something that can fix my breakfast, they can not solve my outlook or assessments of real estate.I have gotten requests from others trying to find a silver bullet with software development, the issue is that they do not understand real estate.

From what I understand, you can use it without WiFi and just have it function as an audible alarm (no alert), or have it function as an audible alarm with monitoring/alert via a cellular connection.

Until then, keep an open mind to getting your first deal done, whether that is through partnerships, owner financing or sweat equity (or a combo of more than 1....you can combine owner financing with partnerships), but do not enter a deal strapped for cash..........the result is not good.

Either one settlement agent represents the contract as a neutral third party and handles both the title and escrow functions... or there is a “split settlement” wherein the seller hires their own title company to handle the admin, deed prep, seller-side closing.The question here is has the buyer selected a settlement agent?
