Dear BP community,    Has anyone worked with the Invictus Method, a turnkey provider, to buy rental properties?

Hypothetical: I can walk up to somebody and say I want to buy your car.

A friend of mine wants to buy some land behind his house in southeastern MA.

I'm not totally clear on your post but..If you're buying a 1-4 unit primary you can (and probably should) use the FHA.

Meanwhile, another local credit union starts to buy the market, but it's not like you'd know it since there are no TV commercials for mobile home park mortgages. 

As the unit owner I'm not buying the cheapest POS parts and hiring the cheapest company to install it... and thats what most tenants will do. 

I'm not close at all to being financially ready to look at purchasing properties, but I would love to connect with fellow members of the community, especially any New England-based investors that look to invest in buy and hold properties out of state.

WE are venturing in the Philippines with a view towards retirement - having properties that will pay for itself, a place to stay when we come to the US and buy & Hold for our future retirement or our kids in the future. 

So, you want to lock things up that are on the open market that anyone can buy, then sell them to someone else who could have bought the same property on the market, at a higher price than you paid for it?
