New Member of Community, Looking to Network with NE-based out of state investors

Hey BP!

I'm Carter, a senior in college who will be graduating this December and subsequently working full time in Public Accounting. I've been interested in REI for a year or so, and am only just now finding out about the BP community and all of the resources it has to offer new investors. I've been sucked in lately, and been learning all I can; I'm 21 currently, with a goal to own 5 cash-flowing rentals by the time I'm 30.

I'm based out of NH, which means most of my nearby markets tend to be quite expensive. That being said, much of my research lately has been within the context of investing out-of-state. I'm not close at all to being financially ready to look at purchasing properties, but I would love to connect with fellow members of the community, especially any New England-based investors that look to invest in buy and hold properties out of state. I'm pleased to make an introduction to the community!
