If you do form an entity a lawyer/best selling author in a webinar I recently watched recommended an LLC as the best and most flexible investment entity - covers the liability issues without compromising tax advantages or adding many layers.

I am not looking for an official "send to underwriting" type of thing, I am looking for realistic feedback as to if there is any way to structure this deal so that we would be able to purchase this property.
