We've also butted heads quite a bit in what feels to me like a power struggle because he's rather arrogant (he believes he's among the best contractors in Atlanta and in the entire state of Georgia, despite no evidence that that's the case), very headstrong about wanting an equal share of the business' profits and an equal level of authority, despite the fact that he's clearly not pulling his weight and is slowing things down dramatically.

Thanks for your clarification.It was the capital “H” that threw me off and made me think that you were referring to one of the 19 official named neighborhoods, many of which I’d never heard.

@Samuel DuntermanWelcomeLots of stuff in commercial properties.As far as residential goes, I had a bunch of "mud legs" welded up when we were repairing boilers for The Housing Authority of Perth Amboy.So yeah there is plenty of welding work in real estate, but mostly in larger projects
