There is no cap on the number of open loans you can have and the loan doesn't appear on your personal credit report.

Just watched the 17 minute video which appears to have been recorded in 2020 (website updated to reflect 2021).  

We have seen trends and can see new commercial + luxury apartments being built that don’t even appear online just yet.Most experienced investors appear to be pulling numbers out of thin air but in reality, they just know that particular market well.If you’re starting out in apartment investing, stick to what you can find online and the baseline assumptions.

I am guessing it may depend on what state you are from since it appears that every state is a little different when it comes to real estate transactions.

Additionally since it appears you have no first hand experience running an apartment building, you should partner with someone that does. 

Most appear real but I had a nurse inquiry from NJ who I suspected was false so I tried to verify her nursing license on Nursys and there was none.  

In then” old days”, I could buy a house for $25,000, put $30,000 in to it ( all in ) and then give it away this weekend at $80,000 or sell it and close in 6 weeks for $100,000.In other words….For risking less than the equivalent of one years income …Buy and flip a property SOLD …CASH IN MY BANK….in less than three months…And DOUBLE my investment / or triple my cash out position.AND…. have multiple exits….

It appears the two of you have a different perspective on what type of relationship you have.

I increased the bill by $50 per month but it's still appears not to be enough.
