Need to Change My Marketing Language On My Car

Hello my BP friends,

Currently, one of my marketing strategies to pick up off market property is I have a magnet on my car that states something along the lines of "We Buy Houses, any condition, no pressure, no fees". A realtor friend of mines mention that this may appear sketchy to some people in certain neighborhoods. I thought about it from the standpoint of a normal person walking by and looking at it and thought, I think he is right. I also don't like that fact that their are bandit signs with the same language, making it seem even more sketchier to the average person.

My question is what recommendations to you have for language that would let people know I am looking for off-market properties that is more professional than "We Buy Houses". I am looking for something short as there is limited space on the car magnet. Any recommendations are appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I've made hundreds of thousands of dollars off of "I BUY HOUSES" and "WE BUY HOUSES" signs in yards and on vehicles. It's a proven marketing tactic that works. It may turn some people off, but any marketing or product or service will do that. You don't need a message that resonates with everyone. You need a message that resonates with enough people to get a ROI.

 The smurf is correct.

It is not the "sign" that makes you look sketchy, it is YOU that is making you look sketchy.

Here:

Does this look sketchy to you?

Infact we have 2 of these and we both drive these bad boys up to the property during walkthroughs and let me tell you. NO ONE doubts our credibility!
