A great decision.Your question on buying a home to live in is certainly a personal matter, but be sure to consider your ability to afford it (mortgage, taxes, insurance, maintenance, etc), and how that compares to renting a place that meets your family's lifestyle and needs.

You should put a loan servicing company in place for collections and servicing, this can make things easier on the lender.You might use a stronger credit partner, a loan guarantee can help.Are you qualified to finance but prefer the seller financing, showing that ability to refi will probably help.
