I signed docs w/ a notary in-person at the Wells Fargo bank and then walked to UPS store 1 mile away, waited in a long line keeping 6 feet away from everyone, and finally walked back home up a giant hill.

I have a couple of properties in DC where I have never had any issues with tenants making rent, and they too have been (thankfully) unaffected by COVID-19...so far.

I do need to be within an hours commute to the Portland area, so, any of the outlying towns, or even across the boarder into Washington state are options.
