Hello everyone.. I have been interested In real estate 15 years! I have finally decided to stop procrastinating and get started. I am studying real estate currently. But I want to begin with wholesaling, if there is anyone in Seattle area that wants to help me get started please don’t be shy!! This has been a very exciting time but I ambextremely overwhelmed with step by step process in Wholesaling. I also know it is so expensive to buy here in Washington it is intimidating. How do you find your deals? Are you seeking business associate to bounce ideas off. Please feel free to reach out! Thank you!!

Read Than Merrills "Bible of Wholesaling" and join a local real estate investor group to build your buyers list. That is the first step. Then start looking for the deals that they tell you they want.
