(knock on wood..)

Are there people I can learn from in my neck of the woods that may have ideas I haven't thought of in financing and getting started.

The unit is generating positive cash flow and the overall experience has been extremely positive *knock on wood*.

Like others, I am wondering about the flooring - it almost looks like the tile that's meant to be wood.

@Roy C. -  I am no longer working a non REI job but I did both for 3 years.....

A couple of things to think about:  Remove toilet and vanity, remove existing tile, patch subfloor if necessary (if there is a wood subfloor with rot, your costs will increase), install new tile, grout, re-install vanity/toilet, and caulk.Hopefully that is all included within the costs you received.  

My husband used to test games at Microsoft in your neck of the woods before we related to a lower cost of living area.
