If you have a day time job that's not related to real estate, how many hours do you usually put into real estate investment weekly?

I am just curious to see how many hours do you guys put in REI. (I know it depends on your goals)

The reason why I am asking is because I have a full time job right now, and I am planning to start part time MBA program in a year. I am trying to estimate how much time I can invest on REI while working and going school for part time.

@Roy C. - I am no longer working a non REI job but I did both for 3 years..... As a buy and hold investor I would say it was about 10 hours a week during the acquisition stage (finding the property, negotiating the deal, lining up everything for closing) and then once we bought (we only buy rent ready so no rehab) I would say the first 6 weeks of getting things transitioned were about 5 hours a week and after that it is about 1 hour a week unless we had a turnover and I rented out my own apartments so it was about 10 hours to do that.
