Hello All, I've just joined the forums after seeing the website pop on on searches forever. I'm currently a general contractor in the Seattle area and have worked for a few investment groups in the area for the last few years. I'm trying to start out on my own in the flipping business. I'd also like to buy and hold some properties for residual income. I've seen the ups and downs and the problems other investment groups have made with improvements and feel like I could be a great person to JV with on deals and hope to learn from the more seasoned investors.
