I would like to install some form of security camera in my laundry room at the apartment complex.

Assuming I need a new condenser, what is a reasonable price for a 2.5T or 3T unit installed in Nassau county NY (near JFK, so not that close to Manhattan, but not that far).

The discussion is open to all ideas and materials, but so far I've learned to paint with mildew primer in the bathrooms followed with semi-gloss paint, go with American Standard Cadet 3 style toilets, install commercial grid drains, still on the fence about high end laminate flooring or wood style tile, etc. etc. 

So when things need repairing your eligible for a reimbursement rather than going out of pocket, too install all new after an initial purchase?

I'd be interested to know the costs of having separate meters installed for all units plus common area, I would assume the trash would still go to the common area bill but I have no idea as I have not seen it done. 

First item is a door that is broken this will be $500-$750 to replace / install.

The money you save comes from not having to work through all the money costing mistakes beginners make using facebook ads like not knowing how to properly write ad copy, how to target on the platform, not installing your pixel correctly, etc…Your time is saved because instead of searching and going out on your own you have a structured curriculum with someone exploiting everything. 

The units did not have any air conditioning when we purchased the building, so we installed new air conditioning and heating throughout. 

I would hate to install a stacked washer and dryer (or any appliance) only to find out I picked out an unreliable, costly, model.
