I'm on my way over this morning to meet with the contractor who is doing some general finishes and to take more pictures.

I am doing full time so i basically got there in the morning, hustled till the evening.

good morning everyone, as I get ready to go out today and make it happen, I've asked myself a question, WHY should a seasoned investor that is willing to work with a REALTOR, work with someone like myself, someone with limited investment knowledge? 

Spoke with my GC this morning and stressed we had to have the first phase of work done (roof, drywall on both floors) by the middle of this week so I can get my HML guy to disburse my first set of funds.

I am looking for someone who may be willing to help out in Kansas City on an up and coming trip I'm going to plan, looking for a heads up on learning the good and bad areas to stay away from for investing and personal living.

I already emailed them and will give them a call tomorrow morning.

We were told incorrectly by a number of employees (who luckily I can't track down).2) This is all done through the residential phone line and not the commercial line (I was transferred back and forth countless times today).3) If you must go downtown MLGW office for any reason go first thing in the morning.  

Road trip + investment.  

This allows our whole family to take a trip or two a year.
