I've been a member for a while now but just wanted to say hello to everyone and thanks in advance to any help given!

I'm currently located in Riverside Ca. possibly moving to the Kansas City area in the near future. I am looking for someone who may be willing to help out in Kansas City on an up and coming trip I'm going to plan, looking for a heads up on learning the good and bad areas to stay away from for investing and personal living. Any recommendations about kids schooling is great also. 

I don't mind working in the Inland Empire either, I know the area very well!
