good morning everyone, as I get ready to go out today and make it happen, I've asked myself a question, WHY should a seasoned investor that is willing to work with a REALTOR, work with someone like myself, someone with limited investment knowledge? And as I struggled to find an answer, I thought back to something that I read On BP, from more than a few seasoned investors. "What value can you bring to me and my team?" It was to me, so profound, that it made me think back to one of my all time favorite movies, Kevin Costners, "The Untouchables" Sean Connery's character Malone, lay dying after being ambushed, gave Elliot Ness the name that he needed to put Capone away, and grabbed his shirt and with his dying breath said "what, are you prepared to do?" So I began to wonder, what am I prepared to do? Is it going to check out and snap pictures on an REO in Houston on a Saturday Morning, perform the CMA, determine if the ARV will work for his or her business model, while my client closes a deal in Florida, or is on a golf course on vacation? Perhaps submit offers from investors that while embarrassing to some, he or she has seen these offers accepted time and time again?or act as a backup resource when his current resource is unavailable? My answer was yes to this and in anyway that they can utilize me as an asset
