Floors, painting, repairs, needed improvements, etc.

New paint, new tile work, new cabinets and countertops, all made this house shine.

Removed all the wallpaper, painted the entire house, redid all of the floors, cleaned up the DIY attic conversion, installed ceiling fans in all rooms, slightly reconfigured the kitchen What was the outcome?

I was thinking about patching them sanding them and possibly just painting over it.

You do NOT want someone else telling you how much you can sell your house for, what color to paint things, or how much to pay your people. 

Tell them how much you want to help them stage their houses, clean their listings, create handwritten notes for clients, get their coffee, drive around with them doing errands, run their social media accounts, grow with them, and offer suggestions and ideas with a younger/fresh outlook. 

We then thought it might be worth it to buy a piece of land, move the mh, do some minor cosmetic work (new tile, paint, etc.) and sell it with the land for a much larger profit.
