My wife and I have been there a couple times as a get away from central NY.

Looking for a starter pack to investing in Central Texas area.

So in central time, I went to the events tab to find the location of the event about a half hour before it was supposed to start, and it didn't appear, because it was classified as a "past event".

This is not my central market but I am helping a team working out this way and we need some good GC options.

I was raised in the Manteca/Ripon/Modesto area and sell real estate in the central valley.  

We have a portfolio of properties in Central Florida and we didn't use one dime of our own money nor any bank to purchase them or completely rehab them.  

I'm in the Central Valley in California, but I have no idea if this is a good market to invest in at this time or not.
