I had someone stop by the property this weekend and looks like most of the stuff is gone except for a sofa and a few items.

They have 2 day weekend classes as well if that fits your schedule better.

I recommend taking a few weekends to drive around and learn the neighborhoods.  

I go to school out of town and it wasn't really in the plans for me to head to Milwaukee this weekend.

@Neil Harding I mainly only see my family at Christmas, but last time I talked to them, their more rural houses were having a hard time getting renters with the price of gas and mainly needing to drive to Topeka for work.

At least they get mailed in October and aren't due until January so people have a little time to save up for it and maybe reign in the Christmas shopping.

I was able to confront the tenant over the weekend.

I've been contemplating getting a night/weekend job in RE, but keep coming back to rehab/construction type of work.

I prefer evenings or weekends

I feel much more sorry for them on recent weekend days now that my husband has decided to make homemade dehydrated liver treats for our dog (pounds of liver cooking low for 10-12 hours or so.
