We both grew up in families that believed weekends were for projects, I remember spending every weekend at the flip my parents bought or the condo removing wallpaper or holding up drying wall while my dad attached it.

Then Ms Pickle ( that was her name) who was Manager for all of Oregon retired  new guy comes in and he is not interested in selling me the notes anymore so that gravy train dried up. 

My prediction is that if REOs stay dried up and if SS don't provide enough deals, very few investors will transition to working with sellers.

So while a few investors honed their craft, many, many more just became junkies and now their supply line has dried up.

But , we're not going to leave you high and dry!

The bankers I spoke with this week were all pessimistic and felt that things will be drying up very soon.
