I want to find my next deal

I've read that the general opinion on here is to source your own deals. From what I've gathered that is where the best leads come from. Up until now, I have been buying properties from wholesalers.

My goal on my next deal is to source (market, capture, and close) my next deal for rehab / sell.

In your opinion, what is the most cost effective / efficient way to do this?

Would love to hear from rehabbers, wholesalers, etc.

Thanks in advance

Danny
