We have hired designers on projects before and people came through not liking the finishes and look of the home. 

I think a lot of people like to come down and go to the beach and also see a game or two. 

But again, I haven't invested with them so I can't speak to the actual returns that people have seen.

Unfortunately, most people in that position don’t care about what our own personal situations are, they’re interested in their own ends.

- if everything is too cheap- if they mention more about their acquisition rather than how to maintain your property- if they only have two people in the office- they don't know how to manage property.- no bookkeeping.
